Nina & Associate degrees

The Associate degree is the youngest program in the HBO portfolio in the Netherlands. But ... also internationally, "level 5" (SCHE: Short Cycle Higher Education) education in all shapes and sizes is my personal favorite in HBO countries. A flywheel for flexibilisation and lifelong development both within and outside Europe. Specialisms: target groups, professional field, educational concepts (including part-time and dual), work-based learning, workforce development, and flexibilisation.
